Personal identification information

LynnCo may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users participate in shipping activities (including delivery of shipments), visit LynnCo’s Site, register on the Site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources LynnCo makes available on its Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name, address, telephone number and email address. Users may, however, visit LynnCo’s Site anonymously. LynnCo will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.


Non-personal identification information
LynnCo may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with LynnCo’s Site. Non-personal identification information may include the date and duration of the Users visit, the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connecting to LynnCo’s Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider utilized, and other similar information.

How LYNNCO protectS your information

Sharing your Personal Data

LynnCo does not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. Information submitted to LynnCo is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails.  LynnCo may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with LynnCo’s business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. LynnCo may use third party service providers to help LynnCo operate LynnCo’s business and the Site or administer activities on LynnCo’s behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. LynnCo may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given LynnCo your permission.

Personal Data will be stored for as long as the information is required to fulfill LynnCo’s legitimate business needs or the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected, or for such period as is required by law.


Data entered on LynnCo’s website may be transferred to a server in the U.S. and stored there. Browsing and interacting on any other website, including websites which have a link to LynnCo’s Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.



This website uses Google Analytics services to understand customer interactions with the site in order to optimize the delivery of new features and functions. The analytic services use “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by the analytic services on servers in the U.S. If the IP anonymization is activated, analytic services will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by servers in the U.S.

On behalf of the website provider analytic services will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Site, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider. Children under 16

LynnCo does not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Data from children under age 16.  If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any Personal Data to LynnCo, and rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.

Right to Access

You have the right to confirm whether LynnCo processes your Personal Data and, where it does, access to the Personal Data, together with certain additional information, including details regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data concerned, and the recipients of the Personal Data. Provided the rights and freedoms of others are not affected, LynnCo will supply to you a copy of your Personal Data. The first copy will be provided free of charge. Right to Data Portability

If the legal basis for LynnCo’s processing of your Personal Data is:
